Study On Pricing Of Dangshan Crisp Pear Cold Freeze Damage Weather Index Insurance

Agriculture is the basis of one country's country,and it is important to have agriculture in China,which is very large in economic total value per year.With the innovation and upgrading of production technology,the agricultural output value in China has been rising well.However,due to the particularity of agricultural production,the impact of natural climate on agricultural production cannot be ignored.It is not uncommon to see agricultural damage caused by natural disasters every year.However,China's current policy insurance cannot provide adequate insurance compensation for the affected farmers in the event of large-scale natural disasters.Farmers who are insured with policy insurance cannot obtain sufficient compensation to cover the economic losses they have suffered.This study is based on the present emerging weather index insurance,by collecting relevant production,planting area and the history of historical meteorological data,in order to design a weather index insurance for dangshan pear of suzhou city,anhui province.By studying the weather index insurance now applied at home and abroad,the key to design a weather index insurance is designed to identify weather factors that have a large impact on crop yield.In addition,through the analysis of the implementation of weather index insurance at home and abroad,it can be seen that the advantages of this innovative agricultural insurance to local farmers outweigh the disadvantages.Choose the weather index insurance,to provide more effective risk transfer channels,can make agricultural life security,farmers life more happiness.After collecting and sorting out the planting data of yak pear,it is concluded that the disaster causing factor of this weather index insurance is the low temperature damage suffered by yak pear during its flowering period.By establishing the relationship between the low temperature freezing injury index of yak pear and the yield reduction rate of yak pear,the pure insurance rate corresponding to the low temperature freezing injury weather index insurance of yak pear was calculated.Finally,by analyzing the current situation of weather index insurance in China,the paper summarizes the difficulties encountered in the implementation of weather index insurance.Corresponding policy Suggestions are put forward to better implement the weather index insurance,ensure people's life stability and achieve the purpose of risk diversification.
