This study analyzes the impact of various factors like perception,financial literacy,income,culture,marital status and rate of return/profit on investor's decision-making in banking products.Quantitative research is used for this paper.Data were collected by using questionnaire method and it acts primary data in this research.The sample size is 200 and was distributed among students,employees in government and private sector as well as young entrepreneurs or those who owns a business in Cambodia.The data analyses used in this research are descriptive statistical analysis,correlation and regression analysis with the help of SPSS software program.The result from the SPSS software indicates that financial literacy,culture and return rate from investments have a significant effect on investment decisions while perception,marital status and income has no effect at all.The result will be a great help for the banking sector in designing their investment products and marketing strategies in order to satisfy their customer's needs.Not only that,but it will also help investors in knowing and evaluating their investment options more carefully in the future.
