Research On The Influence Of China's Institutional Change On Entrepreneurship

Entrepreneurship is the value orientation that enterprise leaders lead enterprises to consolidate in market competition.Entrepreneurship,as an essential element of enterprise development,plays a key role in the operation and development of enterprises.The development of enterprises is closely related to their living environment.The development level of entrepreneurship in the period was based on the social economy of the period.At present,China's economic growth rate has changed,and growth has become more gradual.The current entrepreneurial spirit has become the main driving force for enterprise development.For this reason,the Chinese government has made a strategic deployment of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation” and adopted a series of major reforms.The earth encourages social enthusiasm for entrepreneurship and innovation.In this context,the entrepreneurial spirit of Chinese nationals has been greatly released.The innovative development of entrepreneurial spirit not only helps solve a large number of employment problems,but also promotes the prosperity of China's economic market to a certain extent,so research entrepreneurship.It has the meaning of the times.This paper focuses on the influence of institutional changes in China on the entrepreneurial spirit,especially the influence of institutional changes since the reform of the market economy system in China's reform and opening up on entrepreneurship.First of all,this paper first sorts out the literature on institutional change and entrepreneurship,and puts forward its own understanding of Chinese entrepreneurship in the new era.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of China's entrepreneurial development since reform and opening up;and from China's economic system and legal system.In the two aspects of change,analyze the impact mechanism of entrepreneurship,and put forward corresponding hypotheses;then the empirical part,first analyze the factor of social responsibility of Chinese entrepreneurs,and secondly,establish an institutional change measurement model that affects entrepreneurship.The empirical results show that the smaller the government intervention,the more it contributes to the development of independent innovation capability,and the more it can stimulate entrepreneurs' innovative and entrepreneurial spirit;the diversified development of foreign trade market provides entrepreneurs with better space and platform development,and promotes enterprises.The development of the spirit of the family;the innovation of the market system makes the number of state-owned holding laws account for a smaller proportion of the total corporate law,creating a good atmosphere for the development of entrepreneurship;the improvement of the legal system makes the number of cases accepted per 10,000 people less,the more Conducive to the development of entrepreneurship;reform and protection of property rights system Entrepreneurship development is a core factor in fostering entrepreneurship.Finally,based on the results of the model,the countermeasures and suggestions for inspiring the entrepreneurial spirit of Chinese entrepreneurs.
