Research On Medical Safety Information Disclosure Content Of Pharmaceutical Companies

In recent years,due to the weak awareness of social responsibility of many unscrupulous companies,medical safety incidents occur frequently in China,and medical safety problems need to be solved urgently.In 2018,the highly publicized event of Changsheng Corporate vaccine has triggered heated discussions from all walks of life,as well as the use of expired honey raw materials in Tongrentang,a century-old medical pharmacy.This led to a medical scare.The medical which used to protect our health have been turned into a sword which is harmful.Need to reverse this,medicine companies active disclosure of social responsibility information,especially related to drug safety information,actively send safety signals to consumers,gain their trust.Companies do a good job in social responsibility information disclosure,which is not only beneficial to enhance consumers' understanding of companies,eliminates mistrust,but also urges companies to actively fulfill their social responsibilities and achieve the goal of improving the status quo of China's medical safety.This paper studies the disclosure of social responsibility information of pharmaceutical companies based on the medical safety information disclosed by the company from the perspective of the most important stakeholder of the pharmaceutical company,the consumer(patient).This paper first uses the literature research method to sort out the research results of corporate social responsibility at home and abroad,and defines the related concepts of medical companies social responsibility.Then,it conducts statistical analysis on the overall situation of China's pharmaceutical industry,and finds out the general problems in the disclosure of social responsibility information in the entire pharmaceutical industry.Furthermore,the case study method is adopted to compare and analyze the specific differences between China Fosun Pharma and Swiss Novartis in the disclosure of social responsibility report content.Finally,based on the problems found in the above research,reasonable Suggestions are put forward from the three aspects of pharmaceutical companies,government and the public,in order to enhance the willingness of pharmaceutical companies to disclose information and improve the quality of pharmaceutical companies' social responsibility information disclosure.Contribute to the improvement of medical safety issues.
