As one of the main bodies of the market,Hi-Tech SMEs play the most active part in the market. It is an important driving force for the country's transformation. While the business transformation means to reallocate existing resources of the enterprise, which will bring new uncertainty to the development of enterprises.Especially in Hi-Tech SMEs,the technology iteration is updated rapidly, and the accumulation of resources is relatively weak, and the transformation of enterprises is constrained by the specific resources and environment. The transformation of the general economic transformation cannot do without the support of individual enterprises. When enterprises transform and how to transform depending on the entrepreneur's judgment. In Hi-Tech SMEs,entrepreneurs have absolute dominance of enterprises. The success or failure of the enterprise transformation is due to the behavior of the entrepreneurs.Finding out the main behavioral factors that affect the transformation of Hi-Tech SMEs,continuously guiding the behavior of Hi-Tech SMEs is of great significance for improving the theory of entrepreneurs' behavior and guiding the successful transformation of Hi-Tech SMEs.Based on the review of literature on the theory of planned behaviors, entrepreneurs'behaviors, and enterprise transformation,a review of past research, combined with the characteristics of the behavior of technology-based SMEs,examines the relationship between SMEs' behavior and corporate transformation from different dimensions.Through the case study, this paper reveals the role of environmental uncertainty on entrepreneurs' behavior, puts forward the research framework of this paper in combination with the theory of planned behavior.Based on the above-mentioned background of reality and theory, this article adopts the perspective of entrepreneurs and takes the transformation behavior of entrepreneurs in enterprises during the transition of technology-based SMEs as the dependent variable, and the influencing factors of entrepreneurial behavior(behavioral attitudes),perceiving behavioral control and behavioral norms are independent variables, and science and technology-based SMEs adapt to industrial transformation as research contexts, verify the research framework proposed by the case study.Hoping to answer two research questions:First, the entrepreneurs of science and technology SMEs adopt the mechanism of corporate transformation behavior; The Role of Environmental Uncertainty in the Transformation of Science and Techn ology SMEsThe innovation of this study is:based on the theoretical model of planned behavior, the environmental uncertainty is added as a regulatory variable, and this study divides the environmental uncertainty into three types:technical uncertainty, market uncertainty, and demand uncertainty.Among them, the relationship between technological uncertainty, demand uncertainty, and transition behavior has a positive regulatory role, revealing the mechanism of environmental uncertainty;based on the original dimensions of the theory of planned behavior, attitudes and perceptions of behavioral behaviors and behaviors of transitional behaviors The norm is divided into dimensions, and the relationship between each dimension and transformation behavior is analyzed through structural equations. Each factor is divided into detailed dimensions, and data analysis is performed on each dimension to reveal the mechanism of the transformation behavior.
