Research On The Effect Of Enhancing The "Replace Business Tax With Value-added Tax" Of Financial Industry In Zhangzhou City

Public policies are formulated to solve public problems.The implementation of a policy requires constant tracking,evaluation,and adjustment to achieve its goals.�Replace Business Tax with Value-added Tax " is an important strategic plan for the country to adapt to the"steady growth,structural adjustment,and development"implementation.In the four major industries that comprehensively promoted the trial of"change in business operations"in 2016,it can be said that the financial industry is the most difficult.Regardless of the industry involved or the specific business content covered,it is very complicated and there is no precedent to learn from it.Therefore,the reform has brought great challenges to the tax authorities and financial companies.Its specific implementation results have been widely used by all walks of life.This paper takes the data of the financial industry in Zhangzhou City as a sample,analyzes the effect of the�restructuring reform�of the financial industry,and uses the typical cases found in the visit process and data analysis process as an entry point to elaborate the effectiveness of policy implementation and analyze reforms.The reasons for the existence of problems in the process are related to how the relevant government departments make relevant recommendations.
