Commercial banks office-locationing,is the process of determining a commercial bank's office network location for each operation unit under certain social circumstances.With more competitive the market is becoming and more complicated the social condition is changing in nowadays,it becomes especially important for how to determine commercial banks' office location and the operational management thereafter.Facing with requirements brought by the new economic situation,some disadvantages were shown under the traditional office-locationing methods,mainly due to the ex-parte office-locationing model couldn't take every market change into consideration,simplified and abstract data wasn't combined with other factors for a full analysis,hence,a comprehensive mathematical model couldn't be built,and the managers couldn't give a dimentional and in-depth analysis.How to determine all the factors that affect the office-locatioining modelling,which type of data to be included in the system library,and how to build analytical models,were yet not solved comprehensively.This paper was based on the key factors and actual requirements in the process of commercial banks' office-locationing,using Grey Relational Analysis,systematically and comprehensively discuss about the theoretical process and basic concept and method for commercial banks' office-locationing.From central geographic theory,regional interactive theory,unification and correlation theory,city and rent theory,optimization method theory,five different approaches,discuss and provide theoretical support for commercial banks' office-locationing,and reveals the basic principles for commercial banks' office-locationing,including minimize cost,maximizing profit,market demand,optimization integral or regional optimization.Based on some foreign banks' office-locationing models and other excellent enterprises advanced strategic experience,we'd learn and develop some brilliant ideas to analyse the improper planning and scientific problems with commercial banks' office-locationing process in our country.This article also elaborate the detail process and analytical method of Grey Relational Analysis,which comes with several significant conclusions with the evaluation result,with the aid of graphs and words,we'd introduce the process of bank office-locationing modeling,decision making process and operational probabilities,and provide an optimization plan for Shijiazhuang MS Bank.
