A Study On The Present Internal Control Environment Status Of RZ Bank

As the financial reform and the gradual erosion of financial control around the world, thecommercial banks which as the "third echelon" has been on rapid expansion. However, therelative weakness in risk management and risk awareness and the defects in internal controlenvironment among most of the banks, lead to frequent domestic financial indiscipline cases.So, it has become a vital subject for both academic and bank world that how to perfect theinternal control system and successfully avoid risk by establish the perfect internal controlenvironment.The article firstly introduced the present internal control environment status of RZ bank,then analyzed the Internal control environment level and problems by the the Grey relationalanalysis and the data of eight domestic banks, on the basis of the evaluation index system uponcommercial banks. Finally, on the basis of advanced experience and practices of westerncommercial banks, and combining the outcome and specific situation of RZ bank controlenvironment, for the corporate governance structure, organizational structure, corporateculture, human resources, management mechanism information technology management, thenthe article offered the feasible measures and suggestions to improve and optimize the internalcontrol environment of RZ commercial bank.
