The investment aboard of Chinese enterprises has covered theree key ecnomics that include developing economies,emerging economies and developed economies.In a now days,"Going out"policy development trend is more focus on research and development platform,advanced technology,marketing network and resources etc.as the goal as well that have become the nor:mal.And then build China characteristic global production network and global supply chain.Based on the relevant theories of transnational enterprise merger and cultural integration,this paper analyzed the actual case of domestic listed private company LYD's merger and acquisition(M&A)of U.S.Nasdaq-listed company PLANAR,and then finds out the problems that enterprises need to pay attention to in transnational merger and acquisition,that included enterprise system culture construction,cross-cultural management of enterprises and the integration of individual cultures of employees.In the M&A of multinational enterprises,we cannot avoid the conflicts between different cultures.By analyzing the causes of the conflicts in the M&A,we can find reasonable and effective solutions.This dissertation provided suggestions and measures for the cultural integration of domestic enterprises,especially for private enterprises in acquisition companies of developed countries.Through this dissertation,put forward pay attention to the integration of corporate culture,the establishment of a full-time cultural integration team,construct the business partnership system,promote the integration of enterprise culture,strengthen the integration of human resources,establishment of human resources management incentive mechanism,strengthen cross-cultural training and build an effective communication platform,establish common core values of company as soon as possible countermeasures and suggestions etc.
