In recent years, as an important path for business expansion, Cross-borderM&A has become significant economic phenomena. Enterprises in china have gradually embarked on this path, through which promote the globalization of production and operation actively. To enter the international market by M&A can not only bypass trade barriers and find new opportunities in the global market, but it can also obtain resources and economies of scale needed by development of enterprises. Qing dynasties Research Center released the "2012China M&A market, the annual research report shows that in2012, despite the global economic malaise, outside the required appetite of impact, the growth of economic in China suffered a huge challenge, but Chinese enterprises mergers and acquisitions overseas enterprises of events havel12cases, an increased1.8%,compared to the same period last year.; acquisitions amount of$29.825billion, an increase of6.1%, compared to the same period last year.However, the rapid development of cross-border M&A, the cultural barriers are increasingly apparent after its merger integration, both cultural integration of the acquired enterprises directly affect the operation of the M&A performance and operation. According to the research data, the global cross-border M&A success rate is25%, compared with40%in China at the end of2012, so there are at least60%cross-border M&A failed in our country. So the integration of cross-border M&A of Chinese enterprises has a special practical and theoretical significance to respond to the challenges actively posed by the integration of cross-border mergers and acquisitions in the cultural differences, and to seize the opportunities in the cultural differences.Based on the special nature of cross-border M&A of Chinese enterprises, this paper started with the theory of corporate culture, analyzed the status of cross-border M&A, by comparing Western corporate culture differences, pointed out the problems and strategies of Chinese enterprises in cross-border M&A in the cultural integration, Finally it analyzed the experience cultural integration in cross-border M&A between CIFA and Zoomlion and provided a reference.Currently, cross-border mergers and acquisitions of Chinese enterprises is still in its infancy, need to accumulate a large number of experience, especially the experience of cultural integration, through which can reduce cultural barriers to greatly enhance success of cross-border M&A.
