The Research On Financing Problems And Countermeasures Of Small And Micro Enterprises In Baicheng City

Based on the background of financing problems of small and micro-sized enterprises and the micro-perspective of Baicheng,this thesis focuses on analyzing the problems in the financing process of small and micro-sized enterprises in Baicheng,and tries to put forward some suggestions to solve the problems.I hope it can be sacrificed as a useful theoretical support for the economic development of the city.Firstly,the thesis analyzes the city's small and micro enterprises circumstance and its financing status.The study finds that the number of the small micro enterprises is more than 99% in all the companies in this city,and the small and micro enterprises in Baicheng have the following features,most of them are agricultural companies,start-ups and family-owned companies.The financing of small and micro enterprises in the city is mainly indirect financing mainly in the form of bank loans,while direct financing is mainly concentrated in small loan companies and private lending.The overall financing is characterized by short term,small amount,high cost and partial liquidity.Based on the above analysis,this paper analyzes the causes of financing difficulties from three aspects of financing participants: demand side,supply side and others.At the demand side,small and micro enterprises in Baicheng have shortcomings in financial management,long-term development measures and effective assets guarantee.At the supply side,compared with large enterprises,the access restrictions and financing costs of the two financing modes are relatively high.Moreover,financial institutions tend to be large enterprises in the choice of customers.In addition,the policy transmission speed of financial institutions is also too slow.At the others side,the paper points out the issues about the government's capital supporting and coordination,such as small micro enterprise supporting policy implementation does not reach the designated position,financial creditor protection needs should be strengthened,the social guarantee system should improve,the lack of supervision of direct financing also exists and so on.The author believes that the key to solve the financing difficulties of small and micro enterprises in Baicheng is to distinguish the primary and secondary problems.First of all,it is to adjust measures according to local conditions,combining with Baicheng small micro enterprise financing present situation,it should clear the direction of financing mode selection in the small micro enterprises.In Baicheng,the cost of the folk lending and small loan companies is much higher than the indirect financing.Therefore,the author suggested the indirect financing is the priority in the pattern choice.Next,the crux of the problems in all aspects should be sorted out and solved step by step,based on all parties involved in the process of capital supply.At the demand side,small and micro enterprises should enhance their self-reliance and credibility,cultivate the good development concepts,and constantly improve their shortcomings in financial managements.Being bigger and stronger,which will naturally approach or even exceed the threshold of direct and indirect financing.At the supply side,all kinds of financial institutions should uphold their social responsibility,reduce excessive pursuit of profits,and implement differentiated credit policies.It is necessary to actively improve their services,reasonably reduce financing costs and provide timely support to more small and micro businesses.At the others side,,the government should actively should adopt the coordinating and supporting role of supply and demand,promote the implementation of policies and provide complete guarantee on small and micro enterprises in order to improve the local financial supervision system and provide a good business environment for suppliers.
