Research On Risk Management Of Export Tax Rebate Of W Foreign Trade Comprehensive Service Company

The foreign trade comprehensive service enterprise is a new mode of service for foreign trade enterprises in recent years.It integrates functions such as customs clearance,tax refund,foreign exchange,insurance,finance,warehousing and transportation,and provides integrated services for small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises.As an important business of foreign trade comprehensive service enterprises,tax refund service is of great significance to improve the efficiency of export tax rebate,enhance the level of tax refund service and reduce the operating cost of enterprises.Taking W foreign trade comprehensive service company as an example,this paper analyzes the status quo of the company's export tax rebate risk management and the problems existing in risk management,and then proposes reasonable measures.This paper firstly sorts out the operation mode of foreign trade comprehensive service enterprise,export tax rebate policy,risk management theory,combines the actual case of W company through risk theory,combines the export tax rebate policy of foreign trade comprehensive service enterprise and comprehensive risk management theory,and treats W foreign trade comprehensive service company.The export tax refund risk management process,existing problems and risk influencing factors are analyzed.We will sort out the external risk factors and process,cooperation credit,personnel,information system and other internal risk factors of W company's export tax rebate,combine the export tax rebate risk management theory and comprehensive risk management process,and give W company risk identification,risk estimation,risk assessment and risk decision.The decision proposes corresponding recommended measures,including strengthening risk identification systems,strengthening risk estimation functions,improving risk assessment systems,and improving risk decision-making mechanisms.After analysis and research,this paper hopes that through the research of export tax rebate risk management,it can enhance W company's export tax rebate risk management ability and improve its core competitiveness.At the same time,it also provides some suggestions for the export tax rebate risk management of more foreign trade integrated service enterprises in China.
