With the continuous improvement of the living standards of the people,diet and health have become more and more important topics for people,which brings new opportunities for the development of selenium-enriched agriculture in China.Selenium-enriched agriculture refers to the production of selenium-enriched agricultural products through the biotransformation method of selenium,relying on the abundant selenium resources in selenium-rich areas or by spraying selenium fertilizer on the foliage or roots of plants.Or use selenium-enriched feed to develop aquaculture and produce selenium-enriched animal products.This paper takes the development of selenium-enriched agriculture in Heilongjiang Province as the research object,and conducts detailed research on the development of selenium-enriched agriculture in Hailun City,accurately locates the development direction of selenium-enriched agriculture in Hailun City,and finds the development method of selenium-enriched agriculture in Hailun City.This has positive significance for meeting the healthy dietary needs of the people and improving the quality of agricultural economy in Heilongjiang.In 2018,the sales of selenium-enriched agricultural products in Heilongjiang Province reached a total sales income of 198 million yuan,a year-on-year increase of 28.32%.In the research process,this paper comprehensively uses the research methods such as literature analysis method,field investigation method and inductive summarization method,and consults and draws on a large number of domestic and foreign agricultural economic development,selenium-enriched agricultural industry cultivation and growth,and advanced selenium-enriched agriculture development technology.Promote authoritative works,journals,and a large number of academic papers and research reports on the basis of this,and then conceive the paper on this basis.Through data acquisition,mapping and tabulation,we summarized,carefully studied and accurately analyzed the development status of selenium-enriched agriculture in Hailun City,Heilongjiang Province since 2016,and the main problems in the development process.The problem of “bottleneck” in the development of selenium-enriched agriculture is clear and feasible.Through the study of the natural conditions and current situation of agricultural development in Hailun City,Heilongjiang Province,it is believed that the development of selenium-enriched agriculture in Heilongjiang Province has certain advantages in terms of natural resources,geographical conditions,production environment,and processing conditions.In promoting the development of selenium-enriched agriculture in Hailun City,we can focus on the rational development and utilization of selenium-enriched land resources,the expansion of selenium-enriched agriculture,the establishment of selenium-enriched brands,the support of selenium-enriched industries,and the market development of selenium-enriched products.However,in the process of development,there are still some shortcomings i n the development scale of selenium-enriched agriculture,industrial layout,product brand positioning,resource development and utilization,selenium-enriched product management methods,and selenium-enriched industry development guarantee.On the basis of scientifically judging the development advantages,development status and existing disadvantages of Selenium-enriched agriculture in Hailun City,through the development of selenium-enriched agriculture at home and abroad such as Finland,Britain,New Ze aland and Australia,as well as Hubei Enshi,Sichuan Wanyuan and Heilongjiang Founder.Based on the extensive research on the development of selenium-enriched agriculture,which can be used for reference,reference and applicable,it has found a “breakthrough” for the development of selenium-enriched agriculture in Heilongjiang Province.It is believed that Heilongjiang Province Heilongjiang Province should gradually expand the dominant crop area to dominate the leading industries.To develop high-selenium soybeans and organic selenium-enriched rice to expand the surface;to scientifically plan the development of selenium-enriched industries,determine the development goals according to market orientation,and adjust the three industrial structures;the industry certification standards should be strictly enforced as hard-area brands.Maintain the order of standardization construction of selenium-enriched agricultural products market,and continuously enhance the influence of the brand market of “Chernozem Selenium·Hailun”;it should effectively carry out deep scientific development of selenium resources,implement scientific and technological innovation,and strengthen the promotion of agricultural technology;In strengthening institutional guarantees and introducing people On bilateral simultaneous force;we should improve safeguards to strengthen the financial security and law and order protection.
