Research On The Development And Influencing Factors Of Fresh Agricultural Products Logistics In Liaoning Province

With the increase of people’s income,people have higher and higher requirements on the quality of fresh agricultural products.The quality of fresh agricultural products is not only related to the production process,but also related to the entire process in transportation from producer to consumer.At the same time,the development of fresh agricultural products logistics can better meet the demand for logistics of fresh agricultural products producers and operators.It is conducive to increase the quantity and improve the quality of fresh agricultural products,beneficial to the increase of farmers’ income and the development of rural economy,so as to help solve the problem of “agriculture,rural areas and farmers”.At present,the fresh agricultural products logistics in Liaoning Province has developed rapidly,but there are still some problems that need to be solved urgently.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to analyze the influencing factors of the development of fresh agricultural products logistics in Liaoning province,find out the obstacles to the development of fresh agricultural products logistics,and put forward countermeasures.The main contents of this paper include the following parts:The first part is the theoretical basis.At first,it is to systematically sort out relevant research literatures in China and abroad to determine the research angle and method of the article.Secondly,it is to expound the incomplete information theory,transaction cost theory,government regulation theory,scale economy theory,and third-party logistics theory,which lays the foundation for the subsequent research of the thesis.The second part analyzes the development of fresh agricultural products logistics in Liaoning Province from the aspects of logistics cost,logistics efficiency,cold chain logistics development and logistics standardization development,and elaborates “farmers + farmers market + consumers” and “farmers + wholesale market + consumer”,“farmers + production and processing enterprises + consumers”,“farmers + supermarkets + consumers”,“farmers + e-commerce + consumers” and other major models of fresh agricultural products logistics.Based on this,it determines the factors affecting the development of fresh agricultural products logistics in Liaoning Province,such as “infrastructure,industry management,supply and demand of fresh agricultural products market,logistics main body”,etc.,and analyzes the status of these influencing factors and their influences on the development of logistics for fresh agricultural products in Liaoning Province.The third part uses questionnaire survey data,through the construction of structural equation models,analyzing the influence of the factors on the development of fresh agricultural products logistics in Liaoning Province.The fourth part combines relevant theoretical analysis and qualitative and quantitative analysis results,putting forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of fresh agricultural products logistics in Liaoning province,in the aspect of “improving the operation level of fresh agricultural products logistics subject”,“promoting the scale of fresh agricultural products logistics industry”,“strengthening infrastructure construction”,and “improving industry management”.The fifth part summarizes the main contents,academic values,innovations and deficiencies of the paper,and puts forward the prospects of future research.
