As China's economic development speeds up,personal economic wealth has also achieved a new round of growth.The scale of high-net-worth customers has further expanded,and the traditional retail banking single product system and service model have been unable to adapt to the development of society,and also can't meet customers' individual needs.While the personal banking service has arisen for good operations,for it loads the hing-net-worth customers as a service object,and takes wealth management as its core.This kind of business has received extensive attention with a diversified product supply system and personalized value-added customized services.In recent years,the demand for private banking in the domestic market has shown an increasing trend.As this background,various domestic and foreign commercial banks and wealth management institutions have tried their best to compete for high-net-worth groups.How to occupy the market highland in a highly competitive environment has become a major problem of these commercial banks.This paper first expounds the significance of private banking research and the current research situation at home and abroad,and clarifies the overall logical framework and the innovation of the paper.Then it gives an overview of the generation of private banking,related concepts,characteristics and theoretical foundations involved.Secondly,the current situation of Y Bank's private banking business is analyzed according to the actual investigation.Besides,the conditions and problems of the bank's private banking business development has been put forward.Then the problems of having unreasonable organizational structure,lacking of specialized talents,segmenting customers inadequately,marketing service incompletely,and supplying single product structure were analyzed.Thirdly,from the aspects of domestic and international,the domestic and international private banking business structure,talent team,customer segmentation,marketing services and products are studied as the experience of Y Bank's private banking business.Finally,combined with the above analysis of the aspects of Y Bank's private banking business,this paper proposed following specific feasible countermeasures:optimize organizational structure,improve the quality of employees,strengthen customer segmentation capabilities,optimize marketing service models and optimize product systems.All of these have practical and practical significance for Y Bank's private banking business.
