Systematic Research Of Project Cost Management For Landscaping Project

According to the characteristics of the landscaping project and the issues in target cost calculate and target cost control of the landscaping project,this paper creates a cost management system for landscaping project based on project management theory.Firstly,analyzing the problems and summarizing the overseas and domestic research status in the current landscaping project cost management.Secondly,discussing the characteristics,the implementation process and cost structure characteristics of the landscaping project,and creating its work breakdown structure to refine the project target cost management granularity.Then,combining rough sets(RS)and support vector machine(SVM)theory to build six target cost calculation models of labor cost,materials cost and machinery cost in both implementation stage and maintenance stage.This models use rough sets theory to reduce the factors which influence the project cost and use support vector machine to calculate the target cost based on the landscaping project work package.Then,allocating the target cost to the project progress schedule and establishing a project control baseline.Using earned value method(EVM)to control the project cost and schedule dynamically in the process of project implementation.Finally,the application in landscaping enterprise xx shows the implementation process and verifies the effectiveness of this system.
