After the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee,the employee stock ownership plan,as an important content and method of reform,plays an important role in optimizing the shareholding structure of state-owned enterprises,improving governance,stimulating corporate vitality and enhancing international competitiveness.With the development of agriculture and the arrival of the era of big data,agricultural high technology has become a key point for agricultural enterprises to compete.As the backbone of the agricultural high-tech field,agricultural high-tech enterprises have become a key area of agricultural development.However,the high brain drain rate,low corporate performance and weak innovation ability of agricultural high-tech enterprises have seriously hindered the sustainable development of high-tech enterprises.Whether it is necessary to establish incentives and how to establish reasonable incentives to attract innovative talents,improve company performance,and promote technological development has always been a difficult point for high-tech companies.This paper first introduces the relevant research background and research significance,shows the reasons for the topic selection,and then determines the research content and method of this paper by combing the relevant documents of employee stock ownership plan and high-tech enterprise employee motivation.Secondly,it analyzes the related concepts and various requirements of the employee stock ownership plan in China,so as to lead to the case.This paper selects agricultural high-tech enterprise A company to conduct research,evaluates the implementation effect of employee stock ownership plan of high-tech enterprise A company,evaluates company A separately from three aspects:talent incentive effect,financial performance index and scientific research result,and draws the implementation employee The stock plan has a conclusion that the company has gained in the above three aspects.At the same time,some problems still exist in the employee stock ownership plan of the high-tech enterprise A company,and relevant improvement suggestions are given.Through the research of this paper,it is expected to help the agricultural high-tech enterprises to implement the employee stock ownership plan,thus promoting the development of agricultural high-tech enterprises.
