Chinese's real estate industry has experienced ten years of the golden period of development,led to the development of the construction industry by leaps and bounds,the construction industry have become one of the pillar industries in China,s national economy,has made great contribution to the country to ensure that each target of GDP.The party's eighteen since the Central Committee put forward the new national strategy,such as the establishment of Asian investment bank,The Belt and Road construction,especially the recently proposed capital sub center,called for the construction industry of platinum upcoming period.As the X group company directly under the central focus of the central enterprises,the world's largest building integrated real estate group's core business,development strategy and actively respond to the new economic norm,while the construction of two sub centers of both as a business opportunity,more as a political task.In order to ensure the smooth realization of the strategic objectives in the new era has developed a series of new maragement systems.As a labor-intensive construetion industry,performance management in the implementation of strategic security is particularly prominent role,so how to play its due role for the realization of the strategic objectives,is the Human Resources Department needs to focus on solving problems and thinking.This paper mainly through the analysis of external and internal environment of the domestic construction industry and X Corporation,combined with the strategic positioning of higher management role in the X group and its own stage of development,in-depth analysis of the X group company in the construction of the perfornance management system facing confusion and problems.Explore the establishment of a new performance management system to meet the needs of X group in the new strategic background and political mission.To observe the performance of organizational transformation of X group corupany in the process of development and change of employees in the new strategic background,a new understanding of the performance appraisal system of the specific implementation of the ground situation,on the other hand,the timely assessment of the specific effects of the implementation of the new performance management system after the warranty period,the new performance management system to optimize the running adjustment timely and effective implementation the new performance management system,effectively smooth landing.
