With the in-depth development of the economy,the competition in the real estate industry has entered a stage of white-hot,not only facing development pressure,but also facing the pressure of survival.Therefore,how real estate enterprises can further develop in the direction of strategic deployment become a problem that real estate enterprises need to think deeply.The sale of real estate products play an irreplaceable role in the return of funds and brand promotion of real estate companies.For real estate marketing companies,how to build a performance appraisal system that effectively undertakes corporate strategy is an important source of power for sustainable development of enterprises.As a new performance management tool to strengthen organizational strategy execution,the balanced scorecard is based on the organizational strategy,and effectively combined with the four dimensions of customers,finance,growth and innovation,and internal processes.The balanced scorecard can provide a company a set of objective,fair,applicable and operational performance evaluation indicators,and raise company's performance appraisal to the strategic development level,in order to achieve sustainable development.This paper takes Shenyang ZK Company as the research object.After investigating and analyzing the company's current performance appraisal system by copy investigation and field interviews,it is found that there are performance appraisal problems in the ZK Company performance appraisal system,such as inconsistency between the appraisal system and the corporate objectives,unscientific assessment methods,and unclear assessment indicators.On this basis,the four dimensions of the balanced scorecard are used as the analysis framework,and combined with the company's development strategy,the performance evaluation index system of ZK Company under the framework of balanced scorecard is constructed.By collecting opinions from experts,the weighting coefficient of the indicators in the performance appraisal system is determined by the analytic hierarchy process.Finally,it is the introduction and implementation guarantee of the performance evaluation system of the balanced scorecard of Shenyang ZK Company.This paper is based on the performance evaluation system and implementation plan of the balanced scorecard theory,in order to have a certain reference value for ZK Company in performance management practice.
