| Under the background of "Big Data" era,the mobile Internet industry competition is becoming more and fiercer.Based on the collection of data enterprises develop a variety of application products,more and more product categories,and product technology differentiation is gradually shrinking.At the same time,the customer demand for big data products applications are constantly changing with different directions of use,this makes each enterprise in the market survival of the fittest in the form of a huge pressure and challenge.Taking service leading logic as the theoretical basis of the research scheme and taking LW Company’s product-Mobile user perception analysis visualization platform as the research object,using empirical analysis,logic analysis,and literature analysis as research methods,this paper designs the product improvement scheme which is dominated by service demand by analyzing the current market situation of the company and the problems existing in the process of customers ’ use of the product.In this scheme,the information management process was been rebuilt from the original product-led to the service-led first in which products as tools,services as a means of executive management.Then in the service demand leading product improvement of the implementation plan,customer-centric as the core idea these three steps including service close to customers to enhance stickiness,service to enhance product performance,service to help products rapid response were been implemented as a concrete process.Then the author analyzed what enterprises can benefit from the value of customer participation.In the empirical research,the author demonstrated the feasibility and effectiveness of the aforementioned scheme.The purpose to help the company to obtain a greater advantage and achieve the goal of win-win with customers in the fierce market competition was been realized.At the end of this study,the author summarized the research program and some limitations of the scheme,which provided ideas for the follow-up research direction. |
