Faced with the dual pressures of resource constraints and environmental pollution,ecological agriculture emerged as the times require and showed vigorous vitality.As a major agricultural province,Hunan has always been one of the main agricultural production bases in China.Since it was incorporated into the economic and social development plan of Hunan Province at the beginning of this century,great progress has been made in the industrialization of ecological agriculture in here.Up to now,relying on the special geographical conditions and environmental advantages of Hunan Province,The total province has built five eco-agricultural areas,four national eco-agricultural demonstration counties and six provincial eco-agricultural demonstration counties,gradually forming a multi-level,multi-form and diversified development model of eco-agricultural industrialization.Firstly,the related concepts of eco-agriculture are summarized,and the important role of eco-agriculture and its industrialization in economic and social development is pointed out with the help of relevant theories such as green development and sustainable development.Secondly,it introduces the unique natural conditions of Hunan Province,and uses PEST analysis model to interpret the humanistic and social environment of the development of eco-agricultural industrialization in Hunan Province in detail.Thirdly,descriptive statistical analysis is made on the current situation of the development of eco-agricultural industrialization in Hunan Province,and an index system based on the "three effects in one''of ecology,economy and society is constructed to evaluate the level of eco-agricultural industrialization in Hunan Province according to the actual situation.The results show that the development trend of eco-agricultural industrialization in Hunan Province in recent ten years is generally good,and has been in a steady growth state,which lays the foundation for the follow-up growth.Among the three sub-benefits,the growth rate of ecological benefits is the fastest,but its overall proportion is still the smallest.In the future development process,ecological benefits will gradually become the main growth point.The rapid economic growth shows that the development of eco-agricultural industrialization in Hunan Province can improve the production efficiency of agricultural products and increase the added value of eco-agricultural products through the introduction of new technologies,which is the direction that needs to be continued in the future.Social benefit is the slowest growth among the three benefits.Although it has been at the forefront of the three types of benefits,the ecological agricultural production in Hunan Province has not fundamentally achieved the goal of improving people's livelihood.In the future,we need to strengthen the work in this regard.On this basis,taking the development of eco-agricultural industrialization around Dongting Lake as an example,the problems and causes of the development of eco-agricultural industrialization in our province are analyzed,and the corresponding solutions are put forward.First,the cultivation of subject.Including new farmers,new enterprises and new government,the three main participants in the industrialization of ecological agriculture.Second,technology cultivation.Including the existing technology promotion,new technology research and development and the construction of technology-related institutions.Thirdly,system cultivation.Including the implementation of ecological production certification system,improve the financial support system,improve the agricultural insurance system,the most important thing is to refine these systems to make them operable.
