With the booming of mobile technology, the monitoring means have become broader and more powerful.More and more mobile applications excessively collect and record personal information of users, making privacy issues more and more serious in the mobile environment, affecting the healthy development of mobile commerce. As an effective means of privacy protection, privacy management has attracted widespread attention from scholars at home and abroad. However, how to design the technical characteristics of privacy management has become an urgent problem for mobile commerce service providers. The existing research focuses on the dimensions of content and form to explore the technical characteristics of privacy management, but few the technical characteristics of privacy management are explored from the perspective of privacy management's function design, and their impact on users' information disclosure behavior.Based on the Communication Privacy Management(CPM)framework, this study explores theses key technical features that privacy management should possess, and the mechanism of these technical characteristics on mobile commerce users'disclosure willingness are drilled. From the perspective of users' needs, the impacts of the technical features of privacy management on mobile commerce users' disclosure willingness are explored.(1)Based on the three dimensions of boundary coordination in CPM theory-coordinating permeability, coordinating ownership and coordinating linkage, three technical features of privacy management-information management, license statement management and interaction management-are proposed.(2)Focusing on the technical features of privacy management, using the users' perceived control and perceived surveillance as mediator variables, the impact model of privacy management technical features on mobile commerce users' information disclosure intentions is constructed.(3)We use SmartPLS3.0 to conduct an empirical analysis with 283 valid data collected by the method of scenario-based questionnaire survey. The results show that the technical features of privacy management(interaction management, information management and permission justification management)have significant positive impacts on users' personal information disclosure intentions through perceived control.Interactive management and information management have direct positive impacts on users' information disclosure intentions.Meanwhile perceived surveillance plays an intermediary role on the relationship between the perceived control and users' information disclosure intentions. The conclusions of this study provide a theoretical basis for scholars to systematically explore factors of influencing mobile users' willingness to disclose personal information, and give the appropriate theoretical guidance and suggestions for mobile service providers and application developers to design effective privacy management functions in mobile commerce applications that meet users' privacy needs and stimulate more users to disclose their personal information, thus promoting the healthy development of mobile commerce industry.
