At present,China's financial globalization is in an accelerating stage, and the financial industry's opening up and reforms have formed a new pattern, which brings both opportunities and challenges to China's large and medium-sized banks. There is a big gap between China's commercial banks and developed countries in terms of performance evaluation.China's small and medium-sized commercial banks generally have a problem that the performance evaluation mechanism is not scientific enough. It is urgent to introduce a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system. As a scientific system of enterprise value management, economic value added has the incomparable advantages of traditional financial analysis methods and has been widely used in large enterprises and commercial banks in developed countries.Due to the fact that the business management of NC Rural Commercial Bank has not been elaborate enough in recent years, the performance evaluation system is not scientific enough, and the staffing of the organization is not reasonable enough, the bank's performance growth is weak and the development is slow. Therefore, the establishment of a scientific and efficient performance evaluation system by NC Rural Commercial Bank has great significance for its development and progress. This paper is based on the EVA performance evaluation system to evaluate the performance of NC Rural Commercial Bank.Based on the EVA evaluation results and its current performance evaluation system, that is,the traditional financial indicators analysis method, the advantages based on the EVA performance evaluation system are obtained.Shang Bank proposed the goal and vision of building an EVA performance evaluation system,as well as suggestions for the main work and safeguard measures for building an EVA performance evaluation system.
