The development of enterprises cannot be separated from the effective use of human resources.Salary is an important part of human resource management and plays a crucial role.Paper core new energy automobile parts industry enterprises as the research background,combining the reality of Y company human resources management,based on the status quo of talents introduction of difficult,high staff turnover,based on the theory of fair and compensating wage differential theory and human capital theory,using the method of literature review,research method and quantitative analysis method,based on the characteristics of Y company human resources is classified into four types of survey,respectively for different categories of personnel problems in the execution of a compensation system is analyzed,and analyzes the cause of the problem.According to the result of investigation and research,refining the core problem of compensation system design,and targeted puts forward compensation strategy,compensation level and structure optimization Suggestions,supplement and perfect welfare system and so on countermeasure,in order to Y company solve enterprise subject to the introduction of talent,talent development and retention is subject to the present situation of the compensation system design flaws,solve the problem of human resource management.The author reference to domestic and foreign scholars about the compensation system of academic research results,analysis of enterprise internal and external markets,from the perspective of compensation management,optimize the Y company compensation system design,to adapt to the new energy companies cope with rapid changes of the trade market,solve the problem of company human resource management,implement parts industry the rapid development of private enterprises,have important practical reference value and guiding role.
