Salary system is the modern human resources management system and an important part of the premise. Scientific and rational salary system, employees can fully mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity to improve the overall competitiveness of enterprises, encourage enterprises to fast, healthy and sustainable development. Development are consistent with its own characteristics and to adapt to the development of market economy the salary system to attract and retain qualified personnel, good use of talent in order to promote the implementation of corporate strategy, the Chinese enterprises, especially private enterprises are facing many important issues.In this thesis, private enterprise AB, as the research object, the business analysis of the existing salary system and the existing problems, that AB, the existing salary system has seriously hampered the development of enterprises in urgent need of reform. Salary System for AB, the problems with the salary of theoretical knowledge, combined with the characteristics of the business family management and direction of incidence suggest improvements, and thus AB, salary system optimization. Author intended on representative case studies, small and medium private enterprises in China in salary management in healthy development of useful references.
