Compared with the traditional online advertising operation mode,the online advertising alliance has great innovation,which has injected great impetus into the development of the advertising market.Based on the long tail theory and the systematic analysis of related research literatures at home and abroad,Avazu Holding is the main research object,and analyzes the current business model of Avazu Holding Company's online advertising alliance platform.Among them are outstanding problems,and propose targeted countermeasures.As a result,Ivey can better improve market conversion rates and create long-term,sustainable benefits.This article mainly includes the following parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background and significance of the research,the purpose and ideas of the research,the research content and research methods,the expected innovation points and further research directions,and systematically reviews the online advertising alliance.Domestic and foreign literature on business models.The second part is the basic concept and theoretical basis.It mainly defines the related concepts of online advertising alliance,online advertising alliance platform and business model,and systematically analyzes the main content of long tail theory and its main inspiration for this research.The third part is the current situation of Avazu's business model.It mainly introduces the development process,main business and future development of Avazu Company,and analyzes Avazu from three aspects:value object,value content and value network.The specific situation of the company's business model.The fourth part is the problems and improvement measures of Avazu's business model.It mainly reveals the main problems of Avazu's business model,including the unidentified value object,the need to improve the value content,and the value network is not yet perfect.In the three aspects of clear and clear value objects,perfecting diversified value content,and building a sound value network.The fifth part is the conclusion part,which mainly summarizes the research.
