At the present stage of China's electric power industry has become a pillar industry of the national economy,the power enterprises shoulder the important mission of power production,as a typical capital intensive enterprises,they have large size,large flow characteristics,so the management of funds for power generation enterprises and the importance of self-evident.For power generation companies,their capital management activities run through the whole production and operation process.Only by ensuring the effectiveness of fund management can ensure the healthy development of power generation enterprises.For the effective management of funds and the growth of enterprise profits,it is necessary for all departments of power generation enterprises to work together with the financial personnel.At present,Gansu S Power Generation Enterprise is a subsidiary company of a large state-owned enterprise.Its regional project span is large and the region is relatively scattered.At present,centralized fund centralized management mode is mainly adopted.This paper attempts to use the theory of centralized fund management,combining practice with theory,according to the relevant financial regionalization centralized management promulgated by the company and other related measures of centralized fund management,in order to reflect the requirements of financial regionalization management,respect the objective reality,in view of the current situation of centralized fund management of Gansu S power generation enterprises,the necessity of centralized fund management mode.The feasibility of the model is analyzed in depth,and the characteristics and difficulties of the model are analyzed emphatically.According to the actual business needs of enterprises,referring to the advanced management experience of enterprises at home and abroad,and combining with the actual situation of enterprises,the author puts forward his own views,which can serve as a reference for the research and practice in this field,and provide theoretical support for the selection of centralized fund management model of S power generation enterprises.This paper systematically analyses and summarizes the problems existing in the centralized fund management of S power generation enterprises,including the difficulties in implementing the budget system in centralized fund management,the imperfect monitoring mechanism of funds,and the difficulties in timely fund turnover in account recovery.In addition,combined with the relevant theoretical basis and practical experience,this paper puts forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions to improve S power generation enterprise's fund management,such as the idea of S power generation enterprise's fund management,the countermeasures to perfect S power generation enterprise's fund management,and strives to better promote the development of existing S power generation enterprise itself,enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise and the financial response.Use efficiency.
