Research On The Innovation Of Capital Concentrated Man-agement Mode For Power Construction Enterprises

With the further development of economic globalization,the scale of enterprises is increasing and the development of enterprises has become an inevitable tendency of conglomeration.At the same time,the diversification of funds management and the fragmentation of funds in enterprise groups have become increasingly prominent.The geographical distribution of projects is becoming wider and wider,the project con-tracting mode is getting diversified,the share of international business has been growing,and the tendency of conglomeration in organization form of enterprise is becoming more and more manifest.Therefore,the original funds management model which is implemented by project companies and subsidiaries to manage its self-owned funds spontaneously and dispersedly no longer meet the needs of electric power con-struction enterprises in the new era,the model of funds transfer relying on simple ad-ministrative instruction does not meet the requirements of risk control either.In the case that the company has already operated in debt,the status of weak integrity of cash flow information and delayed feedback seriously affected the efficient deci-sion-making of financing and the cost of capital,it is extremely urgent to improve the level of corporate funds management.For the perspective of the future development of enterprises,it is especially important to seek a funds management model that is in line with the requirements of making muti-project,diversified and transnational set-tlement of electric power construction enterprise groups.First of all,this article summarizes and evaluates the related concepts,theoretical basis and existing literature of centralized management of funds.Secondly,it intro-duces the characteristics of funds management of electric power construction enter-prises,and summarizes the problems of funds management of electric power con-struction enterprises through questionnaires,such as scattered funds management,single mode,high deposit and loan,and high financing costs.On the basis of investi-gation and research,this article has carried on the innovative design of the centralized funds management mode of the electric power construction company,and proposed to establish a virtual dynamic funds centralized management plan to standardize the business process design.The main feature of the model is the optimized combination of centralized management and decentralized management.From a virtual point of view,it realized the concentration of all information,from a practical point of view,there is still a certain dispersion.In addition,the transition between the virtual account and the actual account is dynamic.Finally,this article takes DJY company as an ex-ample to study the application and evaluation of virtual dynamic fund centralized management mode.This article analyzes the current situation of DJY's fund manage-ment from three aspects:account management,financing management and income expenditure management.The application evaluation system of virtual dynamic fund centralized management mode in DJY company was designed.The expected applica-tion effect was analyzed and a risk prevention plan was proposed.This study provides a good reference for the establishment and implementation of centralized funds management mode for electric power construction enterprises.The virtual dynamic funds centralized management implementation plan,application evaluation system and risk management system all have certain guiding value and reference significance.
