At present,the financial disintermediation,interest rate liberalization and fintech development bring new challenges for the financial institutions.Under the background of complex and changeable financial environment and fierce competition,commercial banks face the operation difficulty and the pressure on customer value management.Therefore,it is important for commercial banks to improve their customer value management.C bank is famous for its reform innovation in management system among domestic commercial banks but it also meet the problems in corporate customer value management.First of all,this paper takes its corporate customer value management as the research object,and then,makes an detailed analyzation on the necessity and practical significance of the research on corporate customer value management,based on the researches on customer value management and enterprise life cycle theory in domestic and abroad.The key part makes a detailed analysis of the problems in the corporate customer value management of C bank and points out its problems in customer selection strategy,customer value evaluation system,customer hierarchical management system and financial product mechanism.In order to resolve these problems,we optimize the customer value management system from the aspects of customer selection strategy?customer value evaluation?customer layering management and financial products system under the research of enterprise life cycle theory.Finally,with the implementation of safeguard measures,we believe that the optimization can help the C bank to promote the corporate customer value,improve customer experience satisfaction and enhance the core competitiveness.The innovation of this paper lies in the integration of the enterprise life cycle theory into the corporate customer value management,so that it can accurately optimize the practice of customer value management of commercial banks.
