This paper researches the evaluation of finiancial performance on value chain optimization of Ningbo Shanshan Co.,Ltd.Shanshan was a clothing company,but because of garment industry tends to develop steadily and has little profit margin in the future,and the trend of rapid development of new energy industry under the support of the state,Shanshan gradually transits to new energy enterprises with the leading advantage of lithium battery materials industry in advance.The optimization of value chain of Shanshan is divided into two lines,one of the two lines is inside the company:integrating and streamlining garment business,spinning off partial non-new energy business and adjusting lithium battery material business.Another line is external:shareholding in upstream resource-based enterprises,strengthening close linkages with middle and downstream partners and expanding the layout of new energy business.By collecting data of Shanshan and several other enterprises in the industry in recent years,analysis of financial performance indicators and economic value added,founding that after the optimization of value chain,the financial performance of Shanshan has been greatly improved:The expansion of sales scale of new energy business and the doubling of profits after the integration and optimization of garment business have greatly improved the profitability of Shanshan,surpassed other enterprises in the industry.Through strengthening the management of marketing mode and selecting high-quality partners,Shanshan's synergistic effect is enlarged,the voice right of upstream suppliers and downstream customers is strengthened,and the operation ability is steadily improved.Always insist on introducing excellent talents,research and development innovation to grasp the core competitiveness,layout new industry ahead of time and increase production capacity,the development ability of Shanshan can be expected.Although the solvency fluctuates in the short run due to the impact of major actions,it remains relatively stable in the long run.Shanshan's performance is successful as a cross-border development enterprise-From a clothing company to the world's first comprehensive supplier of lithium battery materials.This paper hopes that through the study of Shanshan,give some reference to those enterprises who are ready to enter the new energy industry or have entered the industry but have not found a direction,as well as enrich the theory of value chain optimization.
