As one of the key factors for the success or failure of enterprise development,how to choose supplier partners is difficult.Supplier selection is a typical multi-attribute group decision-making problem.Actually,the practical problems of supplier selection inevitably have the characteristics of fuzziness and uncertainty.Experts also have the limitations of professional knowledge and cognitive thinking when evaluating the selection.Because of these subjective and objective factors,experts cannot simply rely on one or several exact values to express the evaluation information with uncertainties.However,since fuzzy set was proposed in 1965,its knowledge system has been continuously expanded and applied,which makes the decision-making problems with the characteristics of fuzziness and uncertainty in real life better handled.Therefore,it is of research value and significance to use the method of fuzzy decision to solve the problem of supplier selection.At present,the researches of probabilistic hesitant fuzzy information aggregation method are few,and there are limitations.Furthermore,since the aggregation of Archimedean norm also enhances the flexibility of the aggregation method,this norm is introduced in defining new operation rules between probabilistic hesitant fuzzy elements.Then,two kinds of generalized probabilistic hesitation fuzzy information aggregation operators are proposed.The paper studies their properties and analyses some common forms of these two operators and their relationships.Then,it constructs a new probabilistic hesitation fuzzy multi-attribute group decision-making model.With the introduction of the concept of interval value,the concept of probabilistic interval-valued hesitant fuzzy information set is proposed.The corresponding aggregation operator is developed,and a new multi-attribute group decision-making model based on probabilistic interval-valued hesitant fuzzy information aggregation operator is constructed.Finally,this method is used to solve the practical problem of supplier partner selection.On the one hand,it verifies the validity and feasibility of the model;on the other hand,it provides a new method for enterprises to select partners.
