In recent years,performance reform to central enterprises continuously promoting in China,and understanding of performance management continuously deepening.Most of those companies have undertaken adventurous attempts to promote their management level.So,how about the effects of these reforms,especially,according to employee's subjective impression? In order to answer this question,this paper specially carries out a case study by taking W company as a research object.The paper has thus reviewed the W company's reform history,summarized its achievements,and highlights some of innovative measures including their advantages and disadvantages.Besides,this paper also analyzed the relationship between employee's satisfaction and perfection degree of the performance system,by the method of questionnaire investigation and analysis.After study above,this article systematically analyzed prominent problems existing in the reformation,and put forward some suggestions to solve them.This study deepens our understanding to performance reform,and all of these conclusions have guidance value to other firms.
