Private economy,the most vigorous,dynamic and creative part of China's booming market economy,is a powerful pillar to promote the economic prosperity of urban and rural areas,and is the backbone of promoting economic development.Since1978,China's private enterprises grows from weak to strong,business development also from the domestic to the country,the development of momentum all the way.Gradually developed into an important part of the national economy,the role of the national economy has been significantly enhanced,but also becomes the backbone of social and economic development.With the promotion of the slogan of mass entrepreneurship in 2015,the enthusiasm of "grassroots" entrepreneurship is high,and a large number of private enterprises have sprung up and been born to add new vitality to China's economic development.Combining the internal development of private enterprises with the life cycle theory,this paper studies the internal control of accounting under the life cycle theory of private enterprises,and studies the internal control improvement of private enterprises under the life cycle theory through the combination of theory and demonstration.In theory,this paper mainly guides the internal control reform of Xiantao Changtang Kou Industrial Park and enterprise life cycle theory,and points out the necessity of internal control reform for the benign development of enterprises.In the empirical aspect,through the enterprise data analysis,the Employee inquiries investigations,uses the real effective data to carry on the analysis,points out the enterprise internal control improvement feasibility.Through a variety of researches so that enterprises can truly realize that the combination of self-management strategy and national policy,to help enterprises in the longer term sustainable development.
