The lack of work passion for employees has attracted the attention of scholars,The research history of work passion is relatively short.Although some research results have been obtained,the research on the factors affecting work passion is not sufficient.And employees in the organization will be affected by the superior leader.The leadership style of the leader has an impact on the employee's work passion.What is the process and mechanism of leadership style that affects employees' work passion? This is a question worth studying and discussing.At present,some scholars have suggested that transformational leadership will affect the work passion of employees.In order to further explore the impact of transformational leadership on work passion and the corresponding mechanism of action,based on selfdetermination theory,transformational leadership theory,theory of social cognition and contingency theories of leadership,this study takes enterprise employees as the research object,introduces work autonomy and work meaning as the mediators,and studies the path with power distance as the moderator.In this study,437 valid questionnaires were obtained through questionnaire survey,pass Spss 17.0 and Mplus6.0 to empirically test the relevant research hypotheses.The results indicates that:(1)Transformational leadership has a significant positive impact on work passion;(2)Both work autonomy and work meaning play the mediating effect,and work meaning plays a better mediating effect.(3)Power distance plays the negative effect in the path that transformational leadership to work autonomy.It also negatively mediating effect in the path that the role of transformational leadership in the work meaning.Finally,the corresponding management advice are proposed based on the results of empirical analysis.In order to improve the work passion of employees,enterprises should pay attention to the cultivation of transformational leadership style,pay attention to and care about the psychological authorization of employees,and enhance their autonomy and significance in their work.In this way,employees' work passion can be effectively improved,and research shortages and future research directions are pointed out at the end of paper.
