Research On Rural Land Management Right Transfer Pricing Model And Its Application Based On Trading Platform

With the deepening of agricultural supply-side reform measures,the application of online trading platform to implement the transfer of rural land management right is underway.The development of rural land management right transfer market is accelerating,and the operating income and transfer pricing of the rural land make the parties have a game of interests.This issue has become a difficult issue of reform and a hot issue of research.Regarding the research on the transfer pricing of rural land management right,the existing perspectives are mainly from the perspective of farmers or rural land value.They do not consider the change in the supply and demand relationship of the rural land management right transfer market,the change of rural land management right transfer mode and rural land management right transfer transaction system,which are brought about by the development of online trading platforms.Regarding the above issues,the paper studies the rural land management right transfer pricing model and its application,aiming at providing theoretical basis and practical method for transfer participants to transfer rural land management right with high efficiency and high efficiency.The paper studies two pricing methods for online trading platform to participate in the transfer of rural land management right.The first method is to study the negotiated pricing for the transfer of rural land management right.The paper comprehensively considers the impact of price estimation interval,patience of participants and reference price effect,simulates the process of alternating offer by both parties in the online trading platform,constructs a bargaining model,solves equilibrium solution of the model,proposes Bayesian equilibrium quoted price strategy,and applies numerical experiments to verify reasonable effectiveness of the model.The second method is to study the auction pricing for the transfer of rural land management right.The paper comprehensively considers the impact of incentive factors,reference effects and public reserve price,constructs a bid auction model,solves equilibrium solution of the model,proposes symmetric Bayes-Nash equilibrium bidding strategy for bidders,and applies numerical experiments to verify reasonable effectiveness of the model.Finally,the application scenarios and policy recommendations are proposed for the above two types of rural land management right transfer pricing model based on online trading platform.
