Research On Risk Management Of Financial Sharing Center In H Group

In recent years,with the vigorous development of information technology and economic globalization,rapid expansion of business group,increasing growth of operation scale,and the promotion of national policies,a number of large and medium sized enterprises begin to set up financial sharing center.The emergence of financial sharing center can reduce the group cost,enhance the management and control of the branch company and improve the operation efficiency of the business group.However,the establishment and implementation of financial sharing center is not a long lasting reform and the financial reform is associated with the new risks,it is easy to cause serious consequences to the group if it not paid enough attention.Therefore,how to cope with the risks brought by financial sharing has gradually become the focus of our attention.However,most of the studies on risk management of financial management center are based on subjective assumption,which is easy to cause some missing parts of risk of financial sharing center on one hand and the lack of scientificalness and universality as well as the difficult quantization of the evaluation result on the other hand.Finally,it is bad to risk management and control of financial sharing center.Based on the case study of financial sharing center of H Group,this paper discusses the risk management of financial sharing center through the thinking of risk identification-risk assessment-risk prevention and control.First,it expounds and recognize the risks of H Group financial sharing center by using hierarchical holographic model.It is found out that the financial sharing center in H Group has achieved some results and there are still 13 risks distribution in the planning period,construction period and operation period.We classify these 13 risks into strategic risk,personnel risk,process risk,technical risk and management risk according to the property and internal relation of risks.Second,this paper evaluates the 13 risks by applying fuzzy analytic hierarchy process according to the classification of the risks.It is found out through the research that there are server risk of H Group financial sharing center,such as personnel performance evaluation risk,institutional mechanism risk,investment recovery risk,personnel change conflict risk,etc.Finally,based on the above identification and evaluation results as well as the existing successful cases financial sharing center risk management,this paper puts forward corresponding risk control measures,such as perfect performance evaluation index,establishment of relevant institutional mechanisms,early planning of transfer to profit center,establishment of long-term communication mechanism,etc.The innovations and contributions of this paper are:from the perspective of research,the existing research on Financial Sharing Center focuses on the construction,application and optimization of Financial Sharing Center,but the research on risk related to Financial Sharing Center is insufficient.This paper takes the Financial Sharing Center risk management as the research object,and hopes to solve the inefficiency of the Financial Sharing Center through risk identification,assessment and prevention and control,and it has some innovation in the research perspective.In terms of research methods,the combination of hierarchical holographic model method and interview method is used to systematically and comprehensively identify the risks in the Financial Sharing Center,making the prevention and control measures more targeted.In addition,this paper proposes some suggestions for risk control of H Group financial sharing center,which solves the problem of low efficiency in financial sharing center,reduces the cost of financial sharing center and improves the group benefits.At the same time,it provides reference for construction and implementation of financial sharing center in other groups.
