The Research On Financial Risk Management Of Jinan Bonded Logistics Center Construction Project

Research on the planning and design of the bonded logistics center, which is conducive to enhancing the rationality of logistics center utilization. It not only can improve logistics center market competition ability, but also can promote the logistics industry rapid development, which is the hot spot of logistics research.Jinan bonded logistics center with superior geographical position and convenient transportation which is belonged to type B bonded logistics center, focuses on the export processing enterprise as the service object, production logistics center in order to export bonded logistics as the main development direction. This paper has conducted the research to the planning and construction of Jinan bonded logistics center, the scientific analysis and the bonded logistics center’s financial risk management. The concrete contents include:(1) The paper conducts in-depth understanding construction situation of Jinan bonded logistics center. And the threat of basic conditions on the construction of Jinan bonded logistics center, which are based on the advantages and disadvantages of (SWOT) are analyzed in detail, in addition to Jinan bonded logistics center more advantages and great potential for development, but the challenges coexist at the same time conclusion, which is evaluated the reasonable development situation for Jinan bonded logistics center.(2) This paper does some research on Financial risk identification of Jinan bonded logistics center. It includes distinguish of financial risk, investment risk, risk and profit distribution risk recovery from financing.(3) This paper conducts financial risk assessment of Jinan bonded logistics center. Based on the related data and construction of bonded logistics center in Jinan as the sample, through the evaluation and comparison of related index, it carries on the thorough analysis to the Jinan bonded logistics center, financial feasibility. The total project investment is 430.828 million yuan, the profit amounted to 576.937 million yuan; investment recovery period is 15 years (including the construction period); the profit rate of investment is 5.82%, the investment profit rate is 6.04%, capital profit rate is 19.29%.Calculation shows that the economic indicators of the project has good economic benefit, it is feasible in finance.(4) This paper conducts financial risk control of Jinan bonded logistics center. It includes control of financial risk, investment risk, recovery risk and profit distribution risk from financing.
