Research On The Issue Of Express Delivery Points Site For Jiaxiang Rural Area

Express delivery is a morden service industry which develops rapidly with the change of business model and economic growth.Express delivery industry is playing a important role in the aspect of promoting consumption upgrading and pushing the economic development.The total business revenue from express delivery in China was 603.44 billion yuan in 2018,21.8% year-on-year growth,occupied the proportion of mail business gross income to 74.9%.Although the express delivery industry is developing rapidly,the coverage of rural express delivery has not reached a considerable level,and it is still difficult for some rural residents to enjoy express delivery services.In recent years,shopping on line has diffused across rural area in Jiaxiang Country,the e-commerce of agricultural products has also made great progress.The demand of express delivery in jiaxiang rural area is getting greater and greater.However,the rural area express delivery of Jiaxiang still is in primary development phase,the layout of the service points has many shortcomings.Some problems existing in the development of the rural express delivery industry in Jiaxiang County,as well as the irrationality of the location and layout of the outlets,are not enough to meet the demand for express delivery and the diversity of the demand.Therefore,it is the key to establish efficient express delivery network and improve the efficiency of rural express delivery industry to select a reasonable location for the rural express delivery network.And the reasonable site of express delivery points for rural area is the key issue to establish the efficient express network and improve the operational efficiency.Based on this,the article has carried out a study of the issue of express points site for Jiaxiang rural area.Firstly,the article encapsulated the theoretics about express points site.This paper expounds the connotation and classification characteristics of express delivery industry,and introduces three common distribution modes of express delivery outlets,namely,point direct mode,hub mode and transit mode,and summarizes in detail the coverage problem in the location of express outlets,the sub-set coverage model and the maximum coverage model.At the same time,the paper clarifies the primaryselection principles and specific procedures for the location of rural express delivery outlets.After that,the present situation and demand of the rural express delivery industry in Jiaxiang County are investigated and studied.Through the understanding of the overall situation of Jiaxiang County and the present situation of the rural express delivery industry,the demand characteristics and content of the rural express delivery industry in Jiaxiang County are combined.This paper summarizes the problems existing in the rural express delivery in Jiaxiang County,and draws the conclusion that the re-layout of the rural express delivery outlets is the precondition to solve the above problems.Based on the above analysis,according to the development of the economic and social aspects of Jixiang County,the index system of the outlets is set up,and the alternative outlets are selected according to the relevant indicators.Then,using and expanding the model and method of covering location,combining with the particularity principle and procedure of the location of rural express network,aiming at covering all the demand points with the least network construction,the model of rural express network location based on this goal is established,which is based on the model and method.The genetic algorithm is used to obtain the feasible scheme,18 out of 67 alternative nodes can cover all 213 demand points,and the effectiveness of the scheme is verified to ensure the scientific model and calculation.Finally,this paper puts forward several measures and suggestions to improve the distribution level of rural express delivery outlets in Jiaxiang County,including the construction of infrastructure,the formulation of reasonable development strategy for rural express delivery,the government's policy and financial support,and so on.Through the research on the location and layout of the rural express delivery outlets in Jiaxiang County,this paper provides a feasible scheme for the construction and fills the blank of the research on the location selection of the rural express delivery outlets in Jiaxiang County,and provides the development of the rural express delivery industry in Jiaxiang County.Improve the efficiency of express delivery services and other aspects of the construction of ideas and suggestions.
