Research On County Location Model Of Rural Express Delivery Business Outlets

With the continuous popularization and application of computer technology,the Internet and smart phones in China’s rural areas,online shopping and other e-commerce in rural areas have a great development,and the attendant needs of rural express delivery business is growing.However China’s rural express business is still in stage of enlightenment,and there is little academic research on rural courier network.Therefore to establish a scientific and effective network of express delivery distribution for the development of rural express delivery market has very important significance in reality and theory.Based on this,this paper makes a study on the problem how to choose the network of rural express delivery business scientifically and reasonably.First of all,the article describes the relevant basic theory of the express delivery business and selection of express delivery outlets and makes detailed analysis to express delivery concept,features,network structure and layout pattern.Besides,the research process of selection of express delivery outlets and the commonly used methods and models of current selection of outlets are introduced detailed in this article.At the same time,the article also analyzes the development situation,demand and future development trend of rural express delivery business,which establishes the foundation for the establishment of selection of outlets model for rural express delivery network.Secondly, this paper makes the specific process of the selection of rural express delivery outlets,and gives the principles and considerations of the factors which should be complied with,when choosing the alternative points for rural express delivery outlets.Besides,this article introduces the grey system prediction model about the demand of rural express delivery outlets and MATLAB solving method.Based on this,the article improves the existing selection of express delivery outlets model and method, and establishes two selection of rural express delivery outlets models based on the goal of express delivery system cost minimum and enterprise profit maximum respectively, then uses the LINGO11.0 to solve the problem.Finally,this paper makes application analysis of one concrete case.In this part,firstly, thispaper makes a more accurate prediction using grey model for rural demand annually of express delivery outlets.Next,we can use the selection of rural express delivery outlets model,which is mentioned above,making the selection of express delivery outlets for Linzhou and use LINGO11.0 to solve the model.Finally,this article makes the comparative analysis to the solution results of two models.It not only verifies the feasibility of the model, but also turns out the conclusion that the express enterprise should use different site selection models according to the external environment,their own conditions and development strategy.
