Tax service is the cornerstone of the work of tax authorities,is the most direct contact between tax authorities and taxpayers,but also to enhance the degree of tax compliance,taxpayer satisfaction and tax authorities in accordance with the basic work of good faith.The optimization of tax service meets the needs of the construction of service-oriented government in our country,the new normal of taxation and the requirement of promoting "business reform and increase".In recent years,the State Taxation Bureau of L County has simplified the process and submitted the information,simplified the administration,strengthened the follow-up management,compressed the time limit,promoted the service limitation,promoted the "Internet" mode,and managed the tax without leaving the house;open taxpayer schools,actively promote preferential tax policies;Increasing the power of tax enforcement,building sunshine tax and other measures,constantly optimizing the tax service,has been widely praised by the society.In order to dig deeply the problems existing in the tax service,the satisfaction of the taxpayers is investigated.Through the analysis of taxpayers undefined satisfaction,we can know that there is the problem of the tax service needs to be improved,a low level of quality of the staff of the tax hall in the tax service of the grassroots tax authorities,and the information tax office such as the online declaration still needs to be strengthened,tax policy propaganda and tax guidance are not in place,the level of socialization of tax service is low.In order to solve these problems,grass-roots tax authorities may take measures to change tax service consciousness,strengthen the construction of tax service teams,expand the channels of tax policy propaganda and tax training,enhance the socialization of tax services and so on.
