Research On The Optimization Of Window Service System Of Housing Authority

The window service of government is the connection point between government and citizens, which is the place that the local government provides direct civic service to citizens. Providing excellent public service is one of the aim and contents for developing a service-oriented government which is the most direct way that the citizens will be benefit from the reformation of the public system of Chinese governments. Therefore, the optimizing the window service system has great theoretic and real influence on development of high standard government officers and service-oriented government.This paper takes the window service of T housing bureau as the empirical research example, which examines the current situation about the construction of the window service through the theory of new public service, analyzes the problem in the present work, puts forward the idea of improving the construction of the window service.This paper is divided into the following Parts:The first part is introduction; The second part runs through the public window service; The third part is general introduction to the construction of the window service of T housing bureau.The forth Part is analysis of the problems existing in the window service of T housing bureau, which analyzes the main problems existing in the window service of T housing bureau and the causes of these problems.Last, aiming at the above problems,the paper puts forward measures and suggestion about how to improve the construction of the window service of T housing bureau.
