In recent years,with the development of social economy and fintech,commercial banks gradually show the development trend of diversification,digitalization and intellectualization,things like service channels,service modes and service innovation have also changed.Commercial Banks,however,the low service efficiency,poor overall quality,contradictories and disputes with clients,"shop bullying"and other negative reports are extremely common.The inadaptability between services and development in commercial banks has also become increasingly prominent Under the influence of the bank's transformation tide and local economy,improving the contribution of service value,building the core competitiveness of services has become an important choice for the development of the Ningxia branch of bank A--the tier-one branch of commercial bank,and the exploration on the improvement of its service management ability is of great significance in both theory and practice.Based on the basis of commercial bank service and from the perspective of service management,this paper applies relevant theories of management and service value chain,combines the management level and development of the Ningxia branch's own services management,objectively studies the problems existing in its services,analyzes the causes of those problems and research for ways to improve.Starting from the aspects of perfecting the service management system,scientifically reshaping the service process,deepening the construction of service scenarios and improving employee satisfaction,etc.So that to build a core service culture,balance the relationship of risk control,promote the differential allocation of resources,enhance employee productivity and improve the service management capabilities comprehensively.Eventually to realize the value of the service and promote the sustainable development of the branch.
