With the rapid development of the financial market and the diversification of customer demand,higher capability of customer relationship management,precision marketing,and full financing service is demanded of commercial banks.How to strengthen the management of commercial banks to enterprise customers through scientific methods and provide more accurate services to customers has become an important challenge of commercial banks in the external environment with great changes.The focus of this paper is to apply the theory of customer relationship management to analyze the enterprise customer relationship and its existence of the Ningxia Branch of Bank of Communications,for example,the low contribution of deposit business of key customer groups weak accumulation of enterprise customer resources,instability of customer structure,slow growth of key customers and so forth,to put forward a series of optimization strategies and relevant supporting measures by reinforcing customer classification management,improving customer development quality,deepen service concept,enhancing departmental cooperation awareness,and strengthening customer manager team.This paper takes the enterprise customer relationship strategy of the Ningxia Branch of Bank of Communications as an example,to analyze and find solutions to the incompatibility of enterprise customer relationship in current financial market with changes of the market and customer needs.Through the research of this paper,some new understandings on the relationship management of enterprise customers are expected by the Ningxia Branch of Bank of Communications,deeper view and practice will be applied to deepening the customer base,improving the management level of enterprise customers,and promoting the healthy and efficient development of public business,and the optimization measures of the enterprise customer relationship management strategy of China's grassroots commercial banks will also be benefited.
