Since the 21st century,with the development of China's market economy and the improvement of relevant systems,more and more enterprises have adopted equity incentives in their business processes to retain or motivate management and core employees,improve business performance,thereby enabling enterprises to develop better.This article focuses on matching between the equity incentive programs and corporate strategy.Based on the perspective of corporate strategy,this paper uses Yongyou network as a case to analyzes the feasibility and effect of implementing different equity incentive plans under different enterprise strategies.First of all,this paper introduces the development status and trends of China's equity incentives,and analyzes the existing problems.Secondly,it analyzes the mechanism of corporate strategy on equity incentives,and analyzes the theoretically matched equity incentive schemes under each strategic pattern from the perspective of corporate strategy.The case analysis section corresponds to the theoretical analysis section above.Firstly,it introduces the equity incentive plan of Yongyou and defines the corporate strategy.Then it examines the theoretical matching degree of equity incentives in terms of mode,scope and indicator setting from the perspective of enterprise strategy.Secondly,through the investigation of several dimensions of market performance,financial performance and business performance,the paper analyzes the implementation effects of different equity incentives based on different corporate strategies.Considering the speciality of Yongyou as a technology enterprise,the progress of research and development is included in the scope of investigation.According to the analysis of this paper,from the perspective of corporate strategy,Yongyou's equity incentive plan can be matched with strategy,and it has certain feasibility and positive significance to cooperate with corporate strategy implementation with different equity incentive plans.In view of the consequences of its implementation,this paper proposes that technology-based enterprises should focus on the progress of scientific and technological research and development,and cooperate with the equity incentive model.In this way,on the basis of ensuring the achievement of the basic strategy,enterprises can maximize the due role of equity incentives,and achieve performance improvement and competitiveness.Finally,this paper proposes that the design of equity incentive plan should consider the matching with strategy,and suggest that enterprises can incorporate more non-financial indicators into the indicators of equity incentives to promote the long-term development of enterprises.
