| In recent years,the scale of non-performing assets and non-performing loans of commercial banks in China have remained high,while the provision ratio of non-performing loans has continued to fall,and it is continually approaching the minimum standards set by the regulatory authorities.Nowadays,a major task facing commercial banks is to effectively control and reduce the risks caused by the continuous expansion of non-performing assets.Since the loan business is an important support for the profit of China’s commercial banks,and the ratio of loans and advances issued by the bank’s total assets exceeds 50%,the non-performing assets studied in this paper refer to the non-performing loans of commercial banks.In this paper,Bank A is studied as a practical case.The reason why Bank A is selected as the research object is that Bank A is the most representative among banks with similar assets.In-depth study and analysis of the problems existing in the bank’s non-performing asset management,and analysis of the causes of problems in the management of non-performing assets will help the bank find its own defects and improve the management level of non-performing assets.In the case analysis section,this paper mainly introduces the current situation of non-performing assets of Bank A in recent years,including the rapid growth of non-performing loan ratio,the high concentration of non-performing assets,the expansion of regional financial risks caused by non-performing assets,and the write-off of non-performing assets.Speed up,at the same time analyze the problems of the bank’s asset management level and the internal and external causes of the problems.In terms of non-performing asset management countermeasures,this paper draws on the five elements of internal control.It is recommended that Bank A further expand the scale of external financing,optimize the credit supply structure,adjust the income mode,improve the professional quality of grassroots employees,and monitor with big data technology.At the same time,in the management process of other commercial banks,the countermeasures and means of non-performing asset management proposed by Bank A can be used for reference. |
