Study On Industrial Transformation In Western China Under The New Development Concept

Since the launch of the century project for the western development,the economic and social development of the western region has achieved a major leap,the industrial transformation has accelerated,the comprehensive strength has been greatly promoted.However,there still exists a certain kind of gap compared with the eastern region,and there are still constraints in industrial development and industrial transformation.As the socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era,China's economy has shifted from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage,and the economy is facing greater downward pressure.The industrial transformation and development of the western region will face severe challenges under the new nomal goals.Meanwhile,China is still in the period of important strategic opportunities for development.It has successively issued a series of major initiatives such as the “Belt and Road Initiative” and supply-side structural reforms,which also pointed out the direction for the economic development of the western region.The "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" period is the decisive stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way and achieving the goal of "two hundred years".The western region has entered a critical stage of climbing,cutting,and upgrading.Therefore,the western region must profoundly understand and accurately grasp the new situation,new tasks,and new requirements,making full use of the strategic opportunity period,implementing the new development concept,and thoroughly implement the strategy of developing the western region.Adjust the industrial structure actively,promote industrial transformation and upgrading,improve the quality and efficiency of economic development,and promote the new round of western development to continue to deepen,which is of great significance to the realization of high-quality economic development and coordinated regional economic development in the western region.Industrial transformation in the western region must be guided by the new development concept.This paper studies and analyzes the development theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics systematically,which including Deng Xiaoping's development theory,Jiang Zemin?s comprehensive development and sustainable development theory,the Scientific Development Concept and the New Development Concept since the reform and opening-up 40 years,proceeding from the realities of industrial development and transformation in the western region,the author makes a concrete analysis about the status quo of industrial development,problems faced in the transformation and restrictive factors through literature research method,comparative research method and empirical research method.Studying successful experience of industrial transformation in major countries and regions around the world,combining with the status quo of industrial development in the western region,and then drawing on these successful industrial transformation to propose countermeasures for industrial transformation in the western region systematically and provide policy support for the western region?s industrial transformation,the achievement of high-quality development of regional economy and coordinated development of regional economy.
