As the core resources of a software enterprise,R&D personnel,are the key and fundamental to enterprise innovation and development,and to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises.However,since the specialty of research and development determines the particularity of performance evaluation,only by selecting scientific performance evaluation methods and reflecting the results of performance evaluation in an objective and fair way,can researchers be retained and effectively motivated to increase their work enthusiasm.“A” company is a high-tech software enterprise.Based on the case study of “A” company,on the basis of objective management system thinking,and combined with 360-degree performance evaluation method,the method and behavioral anchored method for examination and assessment of key performance indicators of evaluation of ideas,to establish A R&D team with corresponds to the performance evaluation scheme.As to exciting the work enthusiasms of R&D personnel,and to improving the comprehensive competitiveness of “A” company.First of all,this paper starts with the relevant concepts of performance appraisal,and reviews the current performance appraisal models and the researches of domestic and foreign scholars on the performance appraisal of R&D personnel.Secondly,on the basis of elaborating the composition and characteristics of “A” company's R&D team,the status quo of its R&D performance assessment was analyzed,and the existing problems were identified.Finally,based on the work analysis,performance assessment index selection,evaluation subject selection and assessment index weight design of the R&D personnel of the company,the R&D performance assessment scheme is re-established for them.In this paper,“A” company is an example in software industry,combined with the characteristics of R&D personnel,the construction of R&D performance appraisal program.Therefore,this scheme has certain practical significance for improving the research and development performance of “A” company,and has reference value and significance for companies in the same industry or with similar problems.
