Evaluation Of The Impact Of The Integration Of Industry And Finance On The Value Of The Enterprise

Under the new normal of economic development,the combination of industry and finance is regarded as an effective transformation mode to solve the shortage of capital and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.The integration of industrial capital and financial capital can be achieved by participating in the financial industry or establishing a financial company.On August 1,2016,by the people's bank of China,ministry of industry,the China banking regulatory commission,the ministry of finance jointly issued by the department of the four industry and melting on the organization to declare the notice of pilot city clearly put forward in the three years to implement industry information and orderly operation,financial institutions and the establishment of the docking mechanism to further improve the ability of financial capital service entity industry.It can be seen that under the background of the active guidance of government departments and the continuous improvement of market economic order,more and more enterprises will rely on the combination of industry and finance to achieve transformation and upgrading in the future.Therefore,by analyzing the influence path and effect of two different industry-finance combination modes on enterprise value,this paper has a very good practical significance,hoping to provide certain reference and help for enterprises that adopt industry-finance combination mode in the future.Taking ningbo shanshan Co.,Ltd.And Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science and Technology Co.,ltd.as the research object,from the aspect of financial statement analysis,the research "industrial capital + bank" and "industrial capital and financial companies" two different with melting model for the impact of enterprise value,and combining the two with melting model impact on the enterprise value of different path,what kind of mode analysis is more suitable for the long-term development of the enterprise.The case analysis of the two modes is divided into three parts: first,the process of the two modes is analyzed;Secondly,it analyzes the ways that the two modes influence enterprise value.Finally,the financial index analysis method and EAV analysis method are used to calculate the enterprise value impact results under the two modes of combination of industry and finance.Based on the comprehensive analysis,this paper concludes that the combination of industry and finance has a positive impact on the value of enterprises.At the same time,it believes that the mode of "industrial capital + financial company" is more conducive to the long-term development of enterprises and the realization of long-term strategic goals of enterprises.
