Case Study On Financial Risk Of BX Finance Leasing Company

Financial leasing,as a new type of financial service,has been widely accepted by people.It penetrates into many industries,such as trade,manufacturing,finance and so on.Vigorously developing financial leasing business plays an extremely important role in the development of China's real economy.In the past five years,the economic development has entered a new round of rising period.The financial leasing industry will occupy an irreplaceable position.However,it must be noted that financial leasing is the use of financial means to achieve the financing,which is significant to financial risk research of enterprises carrying out financial leasing business.One of the most important research topics is the research of financial risk.In the face of enterprise bankruptcy cases occur from time to time,which have formed a huge impact on the economic development of enterprises and the country.In the complex economy environment,it is normal for enterprises to face the threat of financial risk.If the management of financial risk is not perfect enough,cash flow will easily break,leading to operational difficulties,and even financial crisis will lead to bankruptcy of enterprises.The purpose of this paper is to use qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to analyze the financial risk of BX,find out the problems in the financial risk management,and put suggestions to strengthen the risk of BX from all aspects of the capital transfer process.Based on the theory of financial risk,this paper combs the relevant theories and forms a basic understanding.Then taking BX as the research object,this paper introduces the basic overview and organizational structure of BX Company,and makes a deep analysis of financial statements of BX Company by means of financial index analysis method.In the analysis,the identification of financial risk of BX company is carried out,and then the financial risk faced by BX company is obtained.Finally,based on the evaluation of financial risk and the analysis of its causes,combined with the actual situation of BX company,the corresponding management countermeasures for financial risk are put forward.The research significance of this paper lies in the case analysis of BX,finding that financial risks are prevalent in financial leasing company,and put suggestions for financial risk management,to promote the sustainable development of financial leasing industry.
