Foreign direct investment has a significant impact on the balance of payments and international competition of domestic countries.Among them,economic and political risk factors play a decisive role in FDI.Chinese enterprises start FDI relatively late,lack experience,and face greater investment risks.Therefore,Chinese enterprises should pay attention to risk aversion while increasing their FDI to cope with the complex international political and economic situation.Taking Six Economic Corridor as an example,this paper sorts out and summarizes the investment risk factors that affect FDI,explores the impact of economic and political risks on Chinese enterprises' FDI,the lower level of economic development,the higher degree of market freedom,the higher degree of financial market freedom,the lower internal and external conflicts,better investment profile and a lower degree of corruption can have a good impact on FDI.Economic globalization is not only an opportunity but also a challenge for Chinese enterprises to make transnational investment.Chinese enterprises should identify all kinds of risks in the process of transnational investment and take reasonable precautions and evasions.This paper gives relevant policy recommendations for Chinese enterprises to make foreign direct investment in different regions.Firstly,we should improve management efficiency,provide tax support to increase the total flow of FDI;secondly,we should establish a risk early warning system,establish a compliance system,improve insurance safeguards,and provide foreign investment safeguards to reduce the risks faced by Chinese enterprises in FDI... |
